    Some products may be eligible for next working day delivery, if they are eligible and you desire next working day delivery your Order must be placed before 2pm on the day of Ordering; Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within two working days. Next working day delivery is subject to an additional charge.
    Returns
    To obtain a refund either under your statutory right to cancel or under our 30 day returns policy please obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and complete a Returns Form to be included in the return parcel. You can obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) by Emailing the customer service department at customer@proofcam.com.
